MERIDEN, CT : No injuries in two-car crash near entrance to I-691 in Meriden on Monday, January 2nd 2017

Two cars collided at the entrance to Interstate 691 westbound on Chamberlain Highway on Monday.

Emergency crews responded at around 5:30 p.m. to a call for a two-car collision with airbags deployed. Authorities on the scene said no injuries were reported. The entrance to the highway remained open and traffic at the time was light.

The vehicles involved were a white Ford sedan and gray Volvo sedan.
