Phoenix, AZ : 2-year-old involved in pedestrian accident in the area of 19th Avenue and Camelback Road on Tuesday, 17th March, 2020

An early afternoon crash Tuesday left one woman injured but spared the child with her, according to Phoenix Fire Department spokesperson Kenny Overton.

The woman and child were walking when they were hit by a car in the area of 19th Avenue and Camelback Road.

The 25-year old woman sustained non-life threatening injuries and a 2-year old child was unharmed, according to Phoenix Police Department spokeswoman Sgt. Maggie Cox.

The Phoenix Police Department is investigating.
