SAN DIEGO, CA : Bicyclist killed in Kearny Mesa crash near the onramp to northbound Interstate 805 on Saturday, 13th July 2019

A bicyclist died after they were hit by a car in the Kearny Mesa area Saturday night, the San Diego Fire Department said.

The bicyclist was riding along Clairemont Mesa Boulevard near the onramp to northbound Interstate 805 when they were struck by a car at 8:49 p.m., officials said.

The bicyclist was taken to a hospital and later pronounced dead.
