Harrisburg, PA : 20-year-old seriously hurt in East Allen rollover crash on Wednesday 2nd November 2016
A 20-year-old driver was hospitalized with serious injuries after rolling a car Wednesday evening in East Allen Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The single-vehicle crash occurred at 6:26 p.m. on Weaversville Road, east of the intersection with Bullhead Road, state police said in a news release Saturday.
Derrick E. Wruble, of Bethlehem, was driving north in a 2012 Acura TL when the vehicle went off the road, troopers reported. They said it lost a mirror on a road sign, then went up on a guide rail and traveled 35 feet before flipping.
It did not appear he was wearing a seat belt, state police said.
Staff at St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill said Wruble's condition had stabilized as of Saturday afternoon.
