Washington, PA : Claysville woman injured in a one-vehicle crash in East Finley Township on Thursday morning, March 30, 2017

A Claysville woman was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital by medical helicopter following a one-vehicle crash Thursday morning in East Finley Township.

State police reported Jessica Childs was driving on a straightaway on Pleasant Grove Road, near Chapel Hill Road, about 6 a.m. when her vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.

A Washington County 911 supervisor said crews had to extricate Childs from the vehicle.

No other information was immediately available.
