Miller park, WI : Milwaukee police officer crashes into car at stop light near stadium on Monday morning, September 1, 2014

Milwaukee police say an apparent medical emergency caused an officer to crash into another car Monday morning near Miller Park. A 22-year-old officer was driving southbound on Miller Park Way about 9 a.m. when he crashed into the rear of a Toyota Camry stopped for a red light at W. National Ave., Lt. Mark Stanmeyer said. Both the officer and a 35-year-old woman who was in the Camry were taken to hospitals for treatment. The woman's injuries were not life-threatening, Stanmeyer said.
