NASHUA, NH : Plea deal reached in DUI crash on Monday, 15th October 2018

Litchfield resident Devin Quinn, 22, pleaded guilty this week in Superior Court to a single felony charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated in exchange for a fine and deferred and suspended jail time.

Quinn, of 8 Griffin Road, was sentenced to two years in Valley Street jail, all deferred for two years, then suspended for four years, providing he remains on good behavior and complies with other terms of the agreement.
