Goshen Township, OH : Two drivers injured after two-vehicle accident on Clermont County road on Thursday morning, April 30, 2015

Two people were injured when two vehicles collided on a Clermont County road on Thursday morning.

The crash happened on Cozaddale Road just north of Ohio 28/132 shortly after 7 a.m.

A car and a sport utility vehicle collided head-on, images from the scene showed. The drivers of both were injured.

Police said Paul Juergeans, 22, of Loveland, was driving a 2007 SAAB SUV southbound on Cozaddale Road. Shirley Martin, 73, of Goshen, was driving a 2005 Ford Focus northbound on Cozaddale Road. Juergeans car went left of center and hit Martin's car head-on.

Two medical helicopters were dispatched to the scene for the injured drivers. The extent of their injuries is unknown, but authorities said both drivers are in critical condition.

Authorities said the crash remains under investigation by the OSHP.
