BOWLING GREEN, VA : A van involved in a deadly crash on May, Tuesday 2nd 2017

Federal investigators say migrant farmworkers riding in the backseats of a van involved in a deadly crash in Virginia weren't wearing seat belts.

Six people were killed and 10 were injured when the van they were riding in hit a car and flipped several times last June in Caroline County.
