Clearwater, FL : Three people injured when car crashes into Pinellas County prisoner van in Clearwater on Monday, March 23, 2015

Authorities say a woman lost control of her car on a wet road and crashed into a transport van carrying prisoners in Clearwater.

Three people were taken to the hospital after the crash on Monday. The injured included the car's driver, the driver of the van and a handcuffed prisoner who was being transported.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says none of the injuries were life-threatening.

Officials say drugs or alcohol don't appear to be a factor in the crash. An investigation continues.
