Columbia, SC : One person died after collision in Downtown Columbia on Saturday afternoon, Oct 17, 2015

The person killed in the collision on Saturday afternoon in Downtown Columbia has been identified.

41-year-old Cynthia Paulette Winn of Columbia died at the scene of the crash. The Richland County Coroner Gary Watts says she was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially thrown from her vehicle.

The crash occurred at about 3:45 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Bull and Blanding Streets. Police say two vehicles were involved.
