Police are trying to figure out what caused a fatal car crash in Winchester.
Officers said they found a car engulfed in flames on Manning Hill Road a few miles north of the state line just before 3 a.m.Police believe the car hit a large tree.Because of the fire, police have not been able to identify the victim.
