Orange County , FL : One person was killed after Driver of BMW lost of her control and smashed concrete wall on Sunday night , January 11th 2015

State troopers now say a New York woman was drunk when she caused a deadly crash in Orange County and then ran from the scene.

Authorities said 30-year-old Gina Estrada and two friends were in her silver BMW when it struck Jonathan Diaz's vehicle, causing him to lose control and smash into a concrete wall.

Troopers said Estrada and her two friends ran from the scene, but Estrada left her car behind, making it easy to track her down.

The crash happened at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday on Winter Garden-Vineland Road.

Diaz was pronounced dead at the scene.

Estrada is charged with DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of a fatal crash. She was booked into the Orange County Jail on $15,150 bond.
