WOODBRIDGE, CT : 3 hurt after serious overnight crash on Woodbridge-Seymour town line on Wednesday, 9th November 2016
Three people were taken to the hospital Wednesday night after a serious crash on the Woodbridge-Seymour town line that left one of them trapped in their vehicle.
Woodbridge firefighters were able to rescue the person after the three-car crash, which happened at about 9:20 p.m. on Route 67.
Route 67, also known as Seymour Road, was shut down near Acorn Hill Road in Woodbridge for more than two hours as police probed the cause of the crash. The road reopened around 11:30 p.m., Woodbridge police Sgt. A.J. Cappiello said Thursday in a release.
The names and conditions of the three crash victims were being withheld as the accident remained under investigation.
