Union Gap, WA : Toppenish man wounded in highway 97 crash on Saturday evening, December 3, 2016

A 25-year-old Toppenish man is being treated at a Seattle Hospital after crashing his car on U.S. Highway 97 Saturday evening.

The Yakima County Sheriff’s Office received a call in reference to a 20 year old male victim who walked into the Toppenish Regional ER with multiple gunshots.

Anthony Flores was treated for the wounds and was stable.

He was later transported to Harborview Hospital in Seattle for further treatment.

Prior to being treated, Flores provided the responding Deputy with some brief information about what had happened to him.

An investigation showed that the information provided by the victim was not accurate.

It is still unclear where the incident actually occurred.

At this time the victim will need to be interviewed further once he has recovered.
