Erie, PA : Ohio man hurt in I-90 crash in Harborcreek on Saturday, October 23, 2016

An Ohio man remained hospitalized in Erie on Sunday after a one-vehicle crash Saturday night on Interstate 90.

Alexander G. Batcheller, 27, of Cleveland Heights, was listed in serious condition Sunday at UPMC Hamot, a nursing supervisor said.

State police at Lawrence Park said Batcheller was the driver of an eastbound 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt that went off I-90, struck an embankment and rolled near the Route 531/Depot Road exit in Harborcreek Township.

The crash took place Saturday at 10:35 p.m., police said.

A passenger in the vehicle, Alexander D. Salahshour, 28, of Shaker Heights, Ohio, was not injured, police said.
