A Washington woman is offering a $1,000 reward after her 110-pound dog was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver.Briana Nebre said the accident happened last
Sunday on NE 182nd Avenue, when a driver she says was traveling more than 55 mph hit her dog, Digger. Nebre said the driver didn't even slow down after the crash and
left behind a piece of his or her car, which Nebre found out was a 1987-1989 Toyota Celica.Digger was a companion pet to Nebre, and helped her with depression and
anxiety."Without him, my life has no meaning," she said. "I feel myself slipping away."
