A 13-year-old boy from South Kingstown was killed in an ATV crash in South Carolina on Wednesday night, July 16th.
The teen, identified as Brandon Michael Austin, lost control of the vehicle, running off the road into an embankment before overturning.
The Newberry County coroner said that Austin was not wearing a helmet or a seatbelt and was pronounced dead on scene.Another passenger, a 12-year-old, was not injured.
