HOLLISTER, CA : One person killed in Hollister car crash on July, Saturday 1st 2017

The California Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that killed a Hollister man. It happened just before noon Saturday at the intersection of Fairview and Comstock Road. Police say it was a head-on collision between a truck and sedan. 61-year-old J. Jesus Medina of Hollister was killed at the scene. CHP says the other driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Two other people involved in the crash had minor to moderate injuries.
