NEWARK, DE : Port Deposit man killed in Delaware crash on Wednesday, October, 25th 2017

Delaware State Police officials have released the name of the Port Deposit man who was killed in a two-vehicle crash on a Newark-area highway earlier this week, identifying him as 51-year-old Thomas Breslin.
