POPLAR BLUFF, MO : 4 teens injured after crash in southeast Missouri on Sunday, 27th October 2024

Four teens were taken to a hospital after a crash near Poplar Bluff early on Sunday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the crash happened at 12:30 a.m. on October 27, roughly one mile north of Poplar Bluff on Township Line Road.

MSHP said an 18-year-old was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt when the vehicle went off the road, hit a ditch and then overturned.

There were three passengers in the vehicle with the driver, two 18-year-olds and a 17-year-old, the crash report stated.

All four in the vehicle were reported to have minor injuries and were taken by ambulance to the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

The Cobalt was totaled and towed from the scene.
