LAURENS COUNTY, SC : Early morning crash claims woman's life in Laurens County on Monday, 20th August 2018

Troopers said one person was killed in a crash around 3:40 a.m. in Laurens County Monday.

According to troopers the driver of a Toyota 4runner traveling south of Simpsonville on Fairview Road ran off the left side of the road and hit a tree.

Troopers said the driver was wearing a seat belt but died from injuries at the scene.
