Bloomer,WI : Man jailed for crash that injured Holcombe teens on September, Thursday 28th 2017

A Glen Flora man who was found to have marijuana in his system after a crash that seriously injured two Lake Holcombe teens more than three years ago was sentenced last Thursday.
Douglas S. Kohl, 24, was originally charged in 2015, with four counts of causing great bodily harm by operation of a vehicle with a detectable amount of a controlled substance in the blood, a class F felony. He also was charged with four counts of causing injury by operation of a vehicle with a detectable amount of a restricted controlled substance in the blood, a class U misdemeanor.
