DECATUR, IL : Two vehicles crash at Franklin and Eldorado on Tuesday, August 8, 2017

Traffic is moving again at North Franklin and East Eldorado streets after an accident involving an SUV and another vehicle at the intersection.

A reporter at the scene said both drivers appeared to be OK, and the vehicles are being towed from the scene.
