Carroll County ,KY : 58 - Years old Charles Coburn killed after single-car crash on I-71 in Carroll County Friday night ,April 24 2015

One person was killed in a car crash Friday night on I-71 in Carroll County.
Charles Coburn, 58, was the passenger in a car that veered off the road for unknown reasons and traveled down a steep embankment.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kentucky State Police received a call of the crash at 8:47 p.m.

Both Coburn and the driver of the car, Andrew Vaughn, are from St. Louis.

Vaughn was flown for serious injuries but his condition is unknown.

Both men were wearing seatbelts.
