Savannah, GA : Car crashes into tree on Lansing Avenue on Monday, October 20, 2014

According to witnesses a driver lost control of their speeding car and ran off the road. The car hit a tree in front of a house on Lansing Avenue. The house was not damaged and no one was home at the time. The driver and a passenger in the car were both transported to the hospital. There is no word on the extent of their injuries. “[I] ran over there as fast as I could. [The] car was on fire. I pulled them out, pulled both of them out of the car and went to working on them trying to make sure that everybody was all right,” said David Alexander.
