Jamestown, N.D : Cattle Truck Overturns on I-94 Near Jamestown on Friday morning, January 30, 2015
Things are getting back to normal on Interstate-94 after major clean-up efforts on Friday. A cattle truck rolled near Jamestown, letting loose the animals inside.
Eastbound traffic was slowed much of the day, as livestock from the semi were herded into a makeshift cattle gate. Some were reported to have made it as far as the Menard's construction site.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol, Stutsman County Sheriff's Office and Jamestown Police were on scene to assist the situation.
Newsdakota.com reports some of the cattle died in the accident. There's no word yet on what caused the semi to roll.
