2 people dead after Franklin County crash, not wearing seat-belts.

Two people are dead following a crash in Franklin County. It happened last night on Highway 100 at Highway M in Bowles, Missouri. Police say Mitchell Mantels and Tarlton Stephens, both of Villa Ridge, were killed when their vehicle failed to stop and turned into the path of an oncoming car. Both men were not wearing seatbelts.
