Neighbors Describe Hearing Helicopter Crash

We are learning more about the moments before and after the helicopter crash in rural Clay County Friday night. Flight paramedic Chris Frakes, flight nurse Randy Bever and pilot James Freudenberg all died in the crash. The name of a fourth victim has not been released. The crash happened north of Liberty between Excelsior Springs and Kearney.
