Olive Branch, MS : Officer-involved crash on Highway 78 in Olive Branch on Wednesday night, November 5, 2014

A DeSoto County deputy is staying in the hospital Wednesday night after crashing while on duty. Deputy Aaron Bailey was helping escort a bus on Highway 78 in Olive Branch when he crashed into some trees. Bailey had to be pulled from the mangled squad car. The sheriff's office is still investigating the crash, but says it appears the cruiser hydroplaned on the wet road. Source : Officer-involved crash in Olive Branch, Miss.
