Claysville , PA : Two People killed in crash after Another truck hit the first one, then went over a hillside and into a creek on Tuesday morning , February 17th 2015

A fatal crash involving two tractor-trailers Tuesday morning kept westbound Interstate 70 closed for hours between Claysville and Taylorstown.

State police said the driver of a Conway Trucking vehicle died in the crash on the bridge at mile marker 9. He was identified Wednesday as Brad D. Collins, 53, of Bloomingburg, Ohio.

Another truck hit the first one, then went over a hillside and into a creek, police said. The driver survivied the crash.

"That bridge was definitely a sheet of ice," said John Kleist III, who was just a few vehicles behind the wreck and spent more than four hours stuck in traffic.
