Fredericksburg, VA : One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash in King George County on Wednesday, August 24, 2017

At least one person was killed Wednesday night in a two-vehicle crash in King George County.

About 8:30 p.m., Virginia State Police responded to the crash in the 8100 block of Comorn Road, where a vehicle and an ATV had collided.

There was one confirmed fatality late Wednesday; a second person was flown to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries.

No other details were immediately available. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
