POLAND, ME : Teen killed after hitting snowbank in snowmobile crash on Sunday, 17th February 2019

A teen from Amesbury, Massachusetts, was killed in a snowmobile crash in Maine, according to the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife.

The department said the crash happened at 10:50 p.m. Saturday on Thompson Lake in Poland when two snowmobiles were heading down a plowed portion of the lake in an area known as "The Heath."
