Two St. Cloud residents riding a motorcycle were killed in a traffic crash in Mims on Sunday.
The crash happened about 5 p.m. in the 5100 block of U.S. 1, not far from Mirkwood Street in the small, north Brevard rural community, the highway patrol reported. Investigators said that for an unknown reason, the motorcyclist lost control of the trike as it traveled northbound on U.S. 1. The motorcycle flipped, with both passengers being thrown off and receiving severe injuries, officials reported.
