Bullhead City,AZ : Two crashes divert traffic near Walmart on January, Thursday 18th 2018

Two crashes within half a block and five minutes apart snarled traffic Thursday evening for about 45 minutes. There were no reported injuries in either crash. Police responded about 6 p.m. to reports of a collision between a silver Dodge Durango and a black Ford Explorer at Highway 95 and Mohave Drive. Officers arriving at the intersection reported a second, single-vehicle crash involving a maroon PT Cruiser onto the traffic control median at Mohave Drive and Miracle Mile. Westbound traffic on Mohave Drive was narrowed to one lane and forced to turn north or south onto Highway 95 due to the crash in the intersection. Southbound traffic on Highway 95 was narrowed to the outside lane and traffic was prevented from turning east onto Mohave Drive. Both crashes are under investigation.
