South Venice,FL : Toddler recovering after fatal crash that killed mother on December, Monday 11th 2017

After two vehicles collided violently, ordinary people pulled over and ran toward the wreckage, desperately trying to save Shannon Anderson, her 3-year-old son, Dominic, and Stephen Poneleit.

Monday night, Justin Richard witnessed Poneleit’s truck weaving on and off of U.S. 41 several times before the crash. He said Poneleit was traveling about 30 mph for a half-mile before bouncing off the curb. He said it almost didn’t look like anyone was driving the vehicle.
