Dodge Center, MN : One person injured after collided head-on with another car on Minnesota Highway 56 Monday morning, Sep 21, 2015

A man was injured late this morning when the car he was driving collided head-on with another car on Minnesota Highway 56 a few miles west of Dodge Center.

The State Patrol said Kou Moua, 23, city unknown, was taken to Mayo Clinic Hospital - Saint Marys Campus in Rochester.

The patrol said he was driving south, crossed the center line and hit a northbound car driven by Kelly D. Olson, 40, of Austin. Neither Olson nor Phia Vang, 25, of St. Paul, who was a passenger in Moua's car, had apparent injuries.

All three were wearing their seat belts and air bags deployed.

The crash was reported at 7:11 a.m. today.
