MEMPHIS, TN : 13-year-old killed, 3 others injured in crash at I-55 and I-240 on Sunday, 5th August 2018

A man has been charged with killing a 13-year-old girl in a DUI crash Sunday night.

Three others were also injured after the vehicle flipped over at I-55 and I-240, according to Memphis Police Department.

Two of the three people injured are children who were taken to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in non-critical condition.

An adult was also taken to the hospital from the scene in non-critical condition.

Ather Scott, 43, has been charged with vehicle homicide-reckless, vehicle homicide - DUI, six counts of aggravated assault, reckless driving, DUI, driving while license revoked, and financial responsibility in relation to the crash.
