Coulee City, WA : Two teenagers killed and one injured in a car crash on U.S. Route 2 in Coulee City on Friday, February 20, 2015
Washington State Patrol officials say excessive speed caused a car crash that killed two teens and injured another in Coulee City on Friday night.
17-year-old Auston Frye was driving on U.S. Route 2 when he lost control, left the roadway, and hit a light pole, coming to a rest at the entrance to Coulee City Park.
Frye died from his injuries, as did one of his passengers, 18-year-old Pedro Huitron.
Another passenger, a 16-year-old boy, was transported by Medstar to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
