Carlisle, PA : Motorcyclist killed in Perry County crash on Wednesday, April 5, 2017

A Lancaster man died in a single motorcycle crash in Liverpool Township Wednesday, according to State Police at Newport.

The 49-year-old man, who name has not yet been released, was traveling west on State Route 17 near Davidson Road around 4:47 p.m. Tuesday when he drove off the road and into a field, police said.

Police said the man’s motorcycle flipped multiple times, and the man was found unresponsive.

He was pronounced dead on the scene, according to police.
