Columbia, SC : Westbound lanes of US 278 near Gateway Village Road open again after crash on Wednesday, 14th September 2016

The westbound lanes of U.S. 278 near Gateway Village Road, closed just after noon by a motor vehicle accident, are now open. The crash occurred about 12:15 p.m., according to Capt. Randy Hunter of the Bluffton Township Fire District. One person was believed trapped in the wreckage. No other details were available.
