Concord, NH : A deadly crash in Milton on Sunday, December, 31st 2017

A woman from East Wakefield is charged with aggravated driving while under the influence after a deadly crash in Milton.

Police responded to a crash on Route 125 near the exit 18 overpass at about 9:55 p.m. Sunday. State police say they found a Mitsubishi Endeavor about 50 feet off the road and upside down.

Investigators say Dianne Jenner, 44, lost control of the vehicle. She was treated for minor injuries and arrested at Frisbee Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Her passenger, Donald Thomas, 58 of East Wakefield, was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.

Police said early Monday that it appeared alcohol was a factor in the crash, but their investigation was ongoing.

Route 125 was closed for about four hours.
