Las Vegas , NV : 17-year-old male driver Injured after lost control and crashed into a light pole on Wednesday early moning , December 3rd 2014

An early morning crash near Sahara Avenue and Sloan Lane has left a teen in critical condition. Sahara reopened to traffic around 7:20 a.m. after being closed for several hours as police investigated the crash. The crash happened around 1 a.m. Police say the vehicle was traveling east on Sahara when the 17-year-old male driver lost control and crashed into a light pole. Police say speed was a factor in the crash. Emergency crews transported the driver to University Medical Center in critical condition.
