WYANET, IL : LaMoille man killed in crash north of Wyanet on Saturday, 30th July 2018

A LaMoille man was killed early Saturday morning in a one-vehicle accident that occurred on the Wyanet-Walnut Blacktop, north of Wyanet.

According to a report issued by Bureau County Sheriff's Office, the vehicle, driven by Jeremy Ellis, 34, was traveling southbound on the Wyanet-Walnut Blacktop when it left the east side of the roadway near 2300 North Avenue, struck a culvert, and overturned an undetermined number of times.

Wyanet first responders were dispatched to the scene at 4:43 a.m. Saturday and transported Ellis to Perry Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 5:40 a.m. by Bureau County Coroner Janice Wamhoff.
