Two people suffered minor injuries Sunday in a two-vehicle collision at U.S. Highway 71 and 352nd Street five miles south of Maryville.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened shortly before 6 p.m. when Kimberly L. Casey, 54, Maryville, driving a 2010 Toyota Highlander, attempted to pass a 2005 Ford Explorer driven by William L. Grant, 20, Carrollton.
