Fargo, ND : Driver Crashes Car Between Two Houses While Trying to Park on Thursday, January 1, 2015

A woman crashed her vehicle between two houses in Fargo when her foot got stuck in the accelerator while trying to park.

The woman was driving into a garage when she lost control of the vehicle. She crashed through the corner of the structure before hitting the house next door and coming to a stop between the two.

Firefighters had to push the car out from between the houses. No one was injured.

Fargo Fire Department Capt. Everett Patterson says firefighters are concerned about the damage to the garage. Patterson says the roof could collapse if enough snow accumulates over the next few days before it "gets braced up further."

Officials on the scene would not provide estimates for the damages.
