ATLANTA, GA : Driver in critical condition after Pickens County crash with school charter bus GSP says on Friday, 19th April 2024

The driver of a car that turned in front of a school charter bus in Pickens County Friday night is in critical condition, according to the Georgia State Patrol (GSP).

It happened shortly after 9:15 p.m. on GA 5 and Interstate South Drive.

GSP officials said a black sports car turned left in front of a charter bus with 40 people, most of whom were juveniles taking part in a school function. The bus hit the passenger side of the car.

Two people on the bus were taken to the hospital for injuries.
