Sacramento, CA : Driver of car killed in highway 99-152 crash identified on Wednesday, November 30th, 2016

A Madera man who was killed in a head-on crash on the northbound Highway 99 transition to eastbound Highway 152 early Wednesday was identified by the Madera County Coroner as Romeo De Torres Abracosa, 46.

He died about 2 a.m. after the California Highway Patrol reported that his car was driven the wrong way, east on 99 whenn De Torres Abracosa drifted into oncoming traffic and collided with a big rig. The highway was closed for several hours after the crash.
