PASCO, WA : Head-on crash kills 2 people north of Pasco on Thursday, October 6th, 2016

A teen and a man in his 20s died when their vehicles collided head-on north of Pasco.

17-year-old Alexander West and 24-year-old Vitaliy Prishko died early Thursday at the scene.

Franklin County Sheriff Jim Raymond says it's not clear which direction each driver was heading on Taylor Flats Road when one crossed the center line.
