Lilburn, GA : Man dies in a motorcycle crash at Ronald Reagan Parkway and Pleasant Hill Road On Tuesday, April 26th, 2016

A motorcycle crash on Lawrenceville Highway led to the driver’s death Tuesday morning in the area of Ronald Reagan Parkway and Pleasant Hill Road in Lilburn.

The southbound side of the road was closed from 6:15 a.m. to 9:05 a.m. after the wreck, the city said in a news release.

“A motorcycle traveling southbound was struck by a northbound Acura sedan that was turning left onto Summer Ridge Lane,” the city said. “The 42-year-old driver, Thomas Baptiste of Lawrenceville, died at the scene.”

The sedan driver was not physically injured but was transported to the hospital for monitoring.
